Trouble-Shooting Your TheraPak Control Panel
Our Therapy Pool Pump/Heater is so sophisticated that it can run its own diagnostic testing. When something is not operating correctly, there will be a blinking LED light coming from within the control panel (you will be able to see the blinking light through the side panel as well). This LED light flashes an error code through an opening in the cover. A solid light indicates the heater is ON and the pump is running. Here is the list of the different error codes:
FLASHES
REASON WHAT TO CHECK FOR

ONE
"High Limit Error" Check for a closed gate valve, blockage in the hoses, a crimp in the hose or the eyeball diverter is attached to the pool suction line.

TWO
"Temp. Sensor" The temperature sensor is disconnected or damaged.

THREE
"Temp. Sensor Cable" The temperature sensor cable is disconnected, shorted or melted.

FOUR
"Pressure Switch Open" Raise water level in the pool, bleed air out of the filter, clean filter cartridge.

FIVE
"Pressure Switch Closed" Check for a closed gate valve. Not enough PSI back pressure. Check eyeball diverter is attached to pool water return line.

SIX
"Thermostat Error" Disconnected or damaged thermostat dial.
