Well, not only can the frame easily handle the water weight, but it can also allow you to hang on the side to do kicking in place exercises or simply to stretch your spine, your muscles, or your entire body.

Also remember, conventional spas are usually filled with a variety of sitting arrangements. Leaving very little room for doing exercises.
